Call to Congregational Meeting – May 20, 2012
You are invited to attend the Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, May 20th, starting at 6:00 pm, directly following a potluck dinner at 5pm. Please bring your own table service and a dish to share! The meeting will be held at the Boise Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (BUUF), 6200 Garret Street, Garden City. Child care will be provided; please contact the office to confirm child care.
Non-members are welcome, and we welcome your input, but are not eligible to make motions or vote.
The planned agenda, with nominees for elected offices and budget information (PDF) is available, in the formal call that was sent to members and friends of record. The agenda includes a resolution that the Fellowship support and sign the Charter for Compassion. More information on the Charter is available on the web at www.charterforcompassion.org.
Vision and Mission Process
In accordance with BUUF's strategic plan, the board is asking all groups to consider and express their mission and activities. Board members will be giving presentations to each group and providing resources for this process, and we will assemble the statements for the 2012 annual meeting, on May 20.

A Committee Resource Handbook (1.5MB PDF) is being drafted and can be downloaded for reference.
We have developed a Communication Survey to provide an assessment of our use and needs for information technology, for a representative of each committee or group to fill out.
